Portland stone Australia are proud to have supplied approximately 500 square metres of Portland stone ‘Fancy Beach Whitbed’ for this residential project in Point Leo on the Mornington peninsula. The project was completed in December 2020. The house is located opposite the Point Leo beach, overlooking Western Port bay. As with some of our other projects, the stone was installed using the stone clip system. Dalstruct, under the guidance of their owner, Phil Daloia, produced a fine example of a beach front property. The stone was used mainly as external cladding but is also found internally as a feature wall.
Hi Graham, just wanted to say thanks very much for all your efforts with the stone for the Point Leo project. The client is over the moon with the result. As for us, we were impressed with the quality of the Portland stone and how accurately it had been cut to size. This made the installation that much easier. I would have no hesitation using Portland stone on future projects and recommending you to others. Thanks again.
